A has been waiting and waiting and waiting for her 1st loose tooth. As she puts it ALL her friends have lost 1, 2, or even 3+ teeth and she is the ONLY one that hasn't lost a tooth yet.
Needless to say this has been weighing heavily on her 6 year old mind and caused her many moments of wondering when she was finally going to loose a tooth and get a visit from the tooth fairy.
So what do you know, last night her 1st tooth, which has been a little loose, decided it just wanted to come out. No tears, no pulling, just POP - out comes her 1st tooth.
I think you can tell just how excited she it by this event. I mean could her eyes get any bigger or her smile any wider.
And apparently the going rate for losing your 1st tooth is 2 bucks (I remember getting a quarter). It sounds like the tooth fairy was holding out on me when I was a kid.

$2?!!! Talk about inflation. Congrats A - I can tell you that K1 is extremely jealous. He's constantly wiggling his teeth, waiting for a miracle.
A's one lucky girl. Most kids I know only get $1 (or less!). Guess I'd better start saving for F & B's teeth :) She does look happy though - so cute!
